Shipping Terms, Conditions, and Important Guidelines for Frozen Products
To ensure your frozen items arrive in the best possible condition, please review the following important information before placing your order.
☎ Shipping Availability & Orders
Before placing an order for frozen items, please call us at +1 (833) 500-0980 to confirm shipping availability to your destination. Due to the perishable nature of these goods, shipping may not be available to certain locations.
📦 Shipping Methods & Timelines
Frozen items are packed in insulated containers with ice packs to maintain food safety during transit.
Orders are typically shipped within 2–3 business days via UPS Ground.
Express and Overnight shipping are available for an additional fee and are highly recommended.
We only ship frozen items on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to prevent weekend delivery delays.
All packages are shipped with Shipper’s Release, allowing UPS to leave packages at your address without requiring a signature.
Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.
⚠ Note: We do not recommend shipping methods that exceed 3 days in transit. Delivery times are based on UPS operations, weather conditions, and traffic.
📍 Shipping Destinations
We primarily ship to residential addresses, but also deliver to apartments, condominiums, and business locations.
If delivering to an apartment complex, please confirm that your leasing office can accept and store perishable deliveries.
Bulky Lot is not responsible for how packages are handled after delivery.
📥 Upon Delivery
To ensure food safety:
Immediately store all frozen items in your freezer or refrigerator upon arrival.
If items arrive in poor condition, contact us immediately with photo or video evidence for your claim.
Our packaging is designed to maintain temperatures below 41°F for up to 72 hours under normal conditions.
Some thawing may occur; however, items should still be safe if they remain cold to the touch.
🚫 Do not leave packages in direct sunlight or extreme heat after delivery.
🌱 Environmental Responsibility
We encourage you to recycle or reuse the insulated containers and packing materials. Many components are recyclable and may be returned to your local UPS store or disposed of in accordance with local recycling guidelines.
💲 Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, speed, and weight.
Rates may fluctuate due to carrier charges and packaging requirements.
Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, Bulky Lot is not liable for any delays, damage, or spoilage that may occur.
🛑 Disclaimer
Frozen shipments are time-sensitive. While Bulky Lot takes every precaution to ensure your items are shipped with care, final delivery responsibility lies with the carrier once the package leaves our facility.
