This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we handle local deliveries, nationwide shipping, and special handling of frozen and fresh items to ensure a smooth and high-quality experience. Please note: orders may occasionally take 3 to 7 business days, especially if items are temporarily out of stock.
🏠 Local Delivery
Eligibility
Local delivery is available for orders with delivery addresses within approximately 60 miles of our Virginia warehouse.
Delivery Fees
Fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the distance to your delivery address.
Delivery Timeframes
Same-Day Delivery – For orders placed before 2:00 PM EST
Next-Day Delivery – For orders placed after 2:00 PM EST
Availability
Local delivery will appear as an option at checkout only if your delivery address is within the eligible area.
Note: While we aim for same- or next-day delivery, some orders may take 3 to 7 business days depending on stock availability.
❄ Shipping for Orders with Frozen or Fresh Items
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within up to 3 business days, but may take 3 to 7 business days if products are being restocked.
Shipping Schedule
Monday–Wednesday Orders: Placed before 3:00 PM Wednesday are typically shipped within 24 hours.
Orders from Wednesday 3:00 PM – Sunday: Ship the following Monday or Tuesday (excluding holidays).
Packaging
Frozen items are securely packed in insulated containers with ice packs to maintain temperature during transit. Packaging is designed to keep items frozen for up to 76 hours.
Important Notice:
To avoid spoilage, frozen orders placed from Thursday through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
📦 Shipping for Orders with Dry Goods Only
Processing Time
Orders for dry (non-frozen) items are usually processed within 3 business days, but may take up to 7 business days if restocking is required.
Shipping Schedule
Dry goods ordered Monday through Friday typically ship the next business day, unless there’s a delay due to stock availability.
🚚 Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will issue a refund for the item(s) only, excluding shipping costs. A new order must be placed if you still wish to receive the product(s).
